Tom Wilkes Award for Exemplary Board Involvement

Awarded to: Dr. Ann Ballard Bryan

Over her last 6 years as a member of the QQA’s Board of Directors, Dr. Ann Ballard Bryan has demonstrated extraordinary devotion, leadership and a tangible impact on historic preservation in greater Little Rock through her education, advocacy, and hands on restoration work. Her leadership in historic preservation education led to her appointment as the Historic Preservation Program Coordinator at UCA from 2013-2022, teaching preservation theory, methodology, and practice. This position overlapped with her appointment as the VP of Education for the QQA Board where she started and developed the 5H Club and organized an educational trip to Florence, Italy!

Please join us in congratulating these preservationists that are working in the Greater Little Rock area!

Keep an eye out throughout the next year and let us know if you see any great projects, people, or organizations that need recognized at the 2026 Greater Little Rock Preservation Awards.
