Advocacy Alert: Revolving Fund Feasibility Study
Revolving Fund Feasibility Study-QQA Conducting a Survey
The QQA received a $15,000 grant from the 1772 Foundation to conduct a revolving fund feasibility study and we have engaged Hanbury Preservation Consulting to carry out the investigation. They have prepared a survey as part of their effort.
Background
Quapaw Quarter Association is conducting a feasibility study to determine if it will establish a revolving fund. A revolving fund would allow Quapaw Quarter Association to purchase, perhaps rehabilitate, permanently protect, and re-sell properties with sale proceeds devoted to the purchase of the next property. Or to make loans to owners of historic properties for rehabilitation. There are many types of revolving funds in use throughout the country and part of the feasibility study will be determining the model(s) that might be best for Quapaw Quarter Association. Your feedback will be used by the board to help determine how they should proceed. Thank you for your time in completing this survey.
